Life Can Be Like A Puzzle

Zephaniah 3:17 (New International Version)
17 The LORD your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing."

When things get really busy it can be so hard to be quiet.
And why are there times when God wants us to be quiet?
Because God has an order of doing things.

His way may not look right alt the time to you. Maybe it looks like a bunch of pieces to a puzzle. Maybe your life can look like an undone puzzle. This is when you don’t understand someone. You don’t know why something bad happened. Or maybe you just don’t know what is going to happen in your life.
Life can look like a puzzle that is not put together.

Just like there are times when we put something together like a puzzle, God wants to help us make all the pieces fit so we can see God’s big picture of what He has for our lives.
Isn’t it great when you put that last piece of the puzzle in and it all makes sense?

That is what God wants your life to be like, but we have to trust that God knows where all the pieces go and how they look. We don’t always know what it is going to look like unless we have a picture of what it is supposed to be like but God does.

Sometimes there is just too much going on for us to see or hear what God wants.
God wants us to stop. Make sure you are listening to Him and his way is being done.
When there is so much going on it can be hard to decide what to do.

Like walking into Disneyland the first time.
There is so much to do it can be hard to decide what to do first.
We need a Map in order to have the best time possible.
If we use the map we don’t waste our time.
If we use the map we don’t get lost.

So how do we know what God wants and is saying?
God gives us a Map with His words in His book and with his voice.
Then, as we grow in Him, the puzzle will start to come together, we will begin to see God’s “Big picture” and life can make more sense to us.
